When you check out, your order is completed through one of the large retail networks that stock Shoe Goo. Packing, carrier choice, delivery windows and shipping charges all follow that retailer’s standard delivery policy — the exact options and prices are shown at their checkout before you pay, and their confirmation email is the paperwork for the order.

Shoe Goo is a solvent-based adhesive, and every retail carrier classifies it as ground-only freight — adhesives do not fly. That is why even expedited options are ground services, and why the transit clock starts when the box leaves the warehouse, not when you click order.
The retailer sends a tracking link from its own system the evening your parcel ships. Give the carrier one scan cycle — usually overnight — before the map starts moving; a link that shows nothing on day one is not a lost parcel.
The retail networks deliver to street addresses and PO boxes across the contiguous 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii are served by surface mail under the same ground-only rule, which adds roughly a week.
Shoe Goo tolerates freezing in transit without harm — let the tube come back to room temperature before opening and it will flow exactly as it should.
