Returns & Exchanges

Ordered clear when you needed black? Easily fixed.

The Window

Returns run under the return policy of the retail partner that fulfilled your order. The large retail networks give you 30 days from the delivery scan as standard. For an adhesive there is one honest condition every retailer shares: the seal on the tube must be unbroken. A punctured tube starts curing from that moment and cannot go back on a shelf.

How It Works

  1. Open the order page at the retailer and start a return — that generates the label and reference code from their system.
  2. Box the tubes, attach the label, and ship.
  3. Once the parcel checks in at the retailer’s returns dock, the refund is released to the original payment method on their usual schedule — typically 3–5 business days.

Not sure which option to pick on the return form, or the form will not cooperate? Write to [email protected] with the order number and we will walk it through with you.

Swaps

Clear for black, singles for a multi-pack, minis instead of the full tube — retail networks handle a swap as a return plus a fresh order, which in practice is faster than a paper exchange: the replacement ships immediately instead of waiting for the original to travel back.

Damaged in Transit

A crushed carton or a split tube is claimed with the retailer, not endured. Photograph the box and the damage within 7 days of delivery and file it from the order page — retail policy replaces the order outright, and a leaking tube usually does not need to be shipped back, for obvious reasons.

The Repair Itself

If a repair did not hold, nine times out of ten the culprit is a surface that was not roughed up or a cure that was rushed. Before you write the tube off, check the FAQ — and if it still will not bond, tell us what you glued and we will talk it through.
