We sell adhesive, not audiences. This page lists the little we collect and the reasons behind it.

Collected When You Act

Placing an order or writing to us hands over the obvious: a name, an email address, a delivery address, the contents of the order. We keep it because orders cannot be delivered — or refunded — to nobody.

Collected in the Background

Standard analytics: which pages get read, what device type asked for them, roughly where the visit came from. It arrives aggregated; we use it to see which repairs people are researching and which pages fail them.

Where It Goes

• To the payment processor, so cards can be charged securely.
• To the shipping carrier, printed on the label.
• To nobody else, unless a law says otherwise. It is never sold and never rented.

Your Levers

Ask what we hold on you, have it corrected, or have it deleted — one email to [email protected] does any of the three. Marketing mail only goes to people who asked for it, and every message carries a working unsubscribe link.

Retention and Safeguards

Order records live as long as tax law requires, then go. Everything in between sits behind the usual technical safeguards — applied seriously, promised honestly: no system on the internet is beyond reach.
