WCAG 2.1 level AA is the working target for every page here. Falling short of it is treated as a defect with a place in the queue, not a suggestion in a wishlist.

Already in Place

• Text sized and contrasted to stay readable, including against our signature red.
• Alt text on product photography.
• Full keyboard navigation — every control reachable without a mouse.
• Headings that map the page instead of decorating it.
• No content that flashes, autoplays or moves without being asked.

Being Honest About Gaps

A catalog that grows can regress. New photography, new pages and new features each get an accessibility pass, and each is a fresh chance to miss something.

Tell Us Where It Fails You

If a page resists your screen reader, your keyboard or your eyes, write to [email protected] and name the page. Specific reports get specific fixes, and you will hear back about which and when.
